Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had an incredible experience at this resort! The winter activities were a highlight, and the staff went above and beyond to help us settle in. The cleanliness was impressive, making it a cozy place to unwind. Still, I wish the room had a few more amenities to elevate the experience further.
I had an incredible time at Tug Hill Resort! The owners, Natasha and Joe, truly made my stay special with their attention to detail. The rooms were modern and clean, contributing to the cozy cabin feel. Although the cancellation policy could use some rethinking, the snowmobiling experience was unforgettable, with well-maintained equipment and stunning trails. The communal kitchen added a nice touch, but I wish there had been more breakfast options to choose from.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. On one hand, the accommodations were clean and offered a rustic cabin vibe, which I found cozy. The communal kitchen was a great touch for preparing meals, which added to the experience. However, interactions with the owners left much to be desired; their demeanor was off-putting and added unnecessary tension to my stay.
My stay at Tug Hill Resort was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the rooms were recently renovated and comfortable, and the snowmobile rentals added to the fun. However, the owners' lack of hospitality left a sour taste during my visit. While I enjoyed the activities available, I wouldn't say the service was consistently warm or welcoming.
I had an incredible time at the resort! The owners are really hands-on and go out of their way to make your stay special. The rooms have a modern yet rustic charm, and the communal kitchen is a fantastic touch for making meals. However, the snow conditions could be a bit unpredictable depending on your timing. Overall, it was an affordable and fun getaway that's perfect for both families and couples.
